SJA successfully re-certifies its Quality Management System
SJA Construction Services has successfully re-certified its Quality Management System (QMS) for another three years. SAI Global - one of Australia’s leading certification bodies - recently audited operations in SJA’s Sydney and Brisbane Offices, and found our QMS fulfilled all the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard. “Having a QMS in place certainly assists me in managing the business better” commented Steve Abbott, Managing Director of SJA. “The system provides a process-focused framework upon which we can build business processes that lead to the successful achievement of company objectives. It also serves to create the basis for continual improvement leading to increased customer satisfaction”.
