Project Management Projects undertaken by SJA are properly initiated, actively managed and closely monitored.  We have in-house expertise to expertly manage the overall process and contribute to critical project issues such as construction methodology, building services, cost management, time management, product quality and contractual / commercial negotiations.  In short, SJA provides real Project Management Services.
